Through this training learn and apply a variety of breathwork techniques.
With the power of the breath, free yourself from patterns, anger, fear, anxiety and everything that prevents us from blossoming into who we truly are. This training is about journeying into our unconscious and bringing light to our darkest side. Learning how to heal others starts by healing ourselves.
Our practice will include emotional releasing breathwork, tummo (wim hof method), rebirthing inspired techniques, pranayama, open awareness meditation, yin yoga, student teaching sessions, guided breathwork with shamanic drum journeys and optional water breathwork.
We will study the theory of breathwork, the different kinds of breathworks (holotropic, shamanic, transformational etc.), the trauma management, coaching basics, artistic expression and how to create your own business as a facilitator.
The experience will include hiking around the Sacred Valley, bonfire, and cacao ceremony. You will also receive a course manual and crystal necklace as a free gift.
This training is for everyone, from beginners to experienced students, who want to develop an intuitive practice and become internationally certified as a breathwork facilitator.

Theory of Breathwork
Understand the power of the breath and how it can transform your body, mind and spirit. We will study the effects of different kinds of breathing exercises for relaxation, creativity, emotional release, trauma healing, immune system strengthening, energy boost, DMT releasing... You will gain a good understanding of the anatomy and physiology of breathing. We will also study the energetics approach to have a deeper understanding of these concepts. Discover the different kinds of breathwork that exist and their history. Gong deeper in understanding the roots of breathwork will allow you to confidently shape your own sessions. How to use art (painting, singing, dancing, writing…) for students to express themselves after a breathing session.
How to deal with the trauma and difficulties
Learn how to stay centered and stable as you support others through their own trauma release and transformation. We will make sure you know exactly what issues and problems may arise and how to navigate through them safely. Learn about the six human needs of Tony Robbins coaching and other basic coaching concepts.
How to lead a breathwork session
Learn how to guide a full session safely and confidently. Getting up in front of a room full of people can be pretty intimidating. You'll practice leading sessions for the other students to shape your style, find your authentic voice and gain confidence. Techniques are great, but excellence is born from practice.
How to start your business as a facilitator
Learn everything you need to start with confidence. You'll learn about pricing, hosting, marketing, branding, etc.
Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga in which poses are held for longer periods of time. The focus is on stretching the connective tissue, such as ligaments and fascia, rather than the muscles. The practice is said to be beneficial for increasing flexibility and promoting relaxation. Poses are typically done on the floor and are often seated or reclined. The practice is also believed to have a calming effect on the mind.
Open Awareness Meditation
Open Awareness is a type of meditation where the practitioner cultivates a non-judgmental and non-reactive awareness towards their present moment experience. Instead of focusing on a specific object of attention, like in one-pointed meditation, the attention is open to all that arises in the present moment. This can include thoughts, emotions, sounds, and physical sensations. The goal of open awareness meditation is to develop a sense of spaciousness, non-attachment and to be more present in the moment without getting caught up in thoughts and emotions. This type of meditation can help to improve emotional regulation, reduce stress and increase overall well-being.
Breathwork with Shamanic Drum:
This practice combines the use of repetitive drumming with different breath techniques to enter a trance-like state. The drumming is used to induce a state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness, while the breathwork helps to create a deeper connection to the spiritual realm. Different types of breathwork, such as deep breathing, rapid breathing, and circular breathing, are used to enhance the experience. This combination can lead to an altered state of consciousness where the individual can access spiritual guidance and connect with power animals or spirit guides.
Who can attend this training
This training is for everyone, from beginners with breathwork to experienced ones. If you are already a yoga or meditation teacher you can use this course for upskill and add breathwork practice to your current classes. If you are a counselor, psychologist or any professional that is looking for simple practice to help your clients to get clear and centered, this training is perfect for you.
We have recommendations for affordable healthy restaurants in Pisac.
We will be instructing the course at Paz y Luz retreat center, located in the middle of a natural environment, surrounded by mountains. Our retreat center maintains traditional practices and ancient culture that you can see throughout the venue.
The group will be small which allows us to personalize the training to your personal needs. Everyday group sharing will allow us to give you all the support and the answers you need.
We want you to fall in love with breathwork, seamlessly integrating it into your lifestyle back at home. We ask that you fulfill integration hours after your time with us to fully complete the training. Integration hours include personal practice, teaching others, or attending breathwork sessions.
This ceremony opens the heart through the use of cacao. Cacao helps the body to heal, detoxify and to give your immune system a strong boost. The experience of raw chocolate within a cacao ceremony can also assist in gaining clarity in the areas of love, purpose, intuitive abilities and personal growth. Traditionally Cacao was used by the Inca civilization.

You are free to choose the place in Pisac that suits you the most. The accommodation and the meals are not included in the total price. This reduces the tuition price to make it affordable for anyone. We can assist you with recommendations for places to stay and eat while you attend your training in Pisac at Paz y Luz retreat center. Wolf Kinsmen is the Founder of HĀ Yoga. He started his Meditation & Yoga training at the age of 16 years old. He learned Breathwork from Wim Hof "The Iceman" and completed the Wim Hof Method Advanced Instructor Training. In addition to his yogic training, he has studied at the Coach Training School of Tony Robbins. He considers himself a lifelong student of nature and has studied Shamanic practices while in the Amazon of Peru. There he received the name "Smiling Wolf" from Don Howard "The White Wizard". He has taught and trained all over the world and guides with patience, humor, and compassion.
Célia Duremberg is driven by sharing what she has learned during her personal journey. She helps others to become their own healer and to reconnect with themselves through holistic modalities. She facilitates Breathwork journeys, which has been the most amazing tool for her self-healing and inner awareness. For a quick and powerful emotional release she uses the EFT tapping method, learned in Peru. She has studied at the Coach Training School of Tony Robbins which allows her to give accurate and personalized guidance. Célia learned Reiki in Thailand and Mexico and combines energetic healing with her other practices. She guides workshops and teacher trainings all over the world. As a former mechanical engineer, her scientific background allows her to offer a very clear, methodical and grounded approach.
