How to Start Your Business as a Breathwork Teacher
Equip yourself with the knowledge to launch your breathwork practice with confidence. This section covers essential aspects such as pricing, hosting sessions, marketing, and branding, providing a comprehensive foundation for establishing your business.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga, a traditional practice emphasizing physical postures and breathing exercises, aims to harmonize the body and mind. With its gentle approach, it serves as a foundational practice, beneficial for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Classes typically integrate standing, seated, and reclined postures, alongside relaxation and meditation techniques.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga adopts a slow pace, focusing on long-held poses to stretch connective tissues like ligaments and fascia. This practice enhances flexibility and promotes relaxation, with poses often performed on the floor in seated or reclined positions. The practice is renowned for its calming effect on the mind.
Awareness Meditation
Awareness Meditation is a practice rooted in cultivating mindfulness through a natural, unforced awareness of the present moment. Unlike structured techniques, it encourages a gentle, non-judgmental observation of thoughts, sensations, and surroundings. This approach fosters a deep connection to the present, nurturing calm and self-discovery.
Breathwork Ancestral Sound
Breathwork with ancestral sound merges the soothing tones of the Native American flute with intentional breath techniques. This combination fosters deep relaxation and heightened awareness, guiding individuals to altered states of consciousness and access to inner wisdom. The flute’s meditative music evokes ancestral echoes, aiding in the release of hidden blockages and enhancing the breathwork experience.

In 2004, Wolf Kinsmen began practicing meditation, breathwork, and yoga, which led to the establishment of Tree Yoga. His nomadic lifestyle allowed him to study with masters around the world. Directly trained by Wim Hof, he specialized in breathwork and continued his path as a flute instructor and certified freediver. He also studied coaching at the Tony Robbins Coaching School. As a descendant of Ilocano spirit mediums, Wolf explored shamanism with Don Howard among the Shipibo tribe in the Amazon, later holding space for plant medicine ceremonies in Peru. In Nepal, he studied Dzogchen meditation with Sangngak Tenzin Rinpoche at a Tibetan Buddhist monastery. He now leads international teacher trainings, guiding others to embrace their true nature.
