Hatha Yoga
Hatha is a traditional form of yoga that emphasizes the physical practice of postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama). It is designed to balance and harmonize the body and mind. It is a gentle practice that can be suitable for beginners, and it is widely practiced as it serves as a foundation for many other forms of yoga. Classes usually include a combination of standing, seated and reclined postures, as well as relaxation and meditation techniques.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that involves flowing movements synchronized with breath. The word "vinyasa" means "to place in a special way," and refers to the coordinated movement and breath used to transition between poses. This style of yoga often includes sun salutations and a variety of standing and seated poses. It is also known as "vinyasa flow" yoga.
Yin Yoga
Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga in which poses are held for longer periods of time. The focus is on stretching the connective tissue, such as ligaments and fascia, rather than the muscles. The practice is said to be beneficial for increasing flexibility and promoting relaxation. Poses are typically done on the floor and are often seated or reclined. The practice is also believed to have a calming effect on the mind.
Tree Yoga
Tree Yoga utilizes a tree as a prop for asanas, integrates pranayama to connect with the tree's life force, and includes meditation under the tree to see their own nature.
Yoga Nidra Meditation
Yoga Nidra combines deep relaxation with mindfulness. It involves a systematic guided practice where you remain in a state between wakefulness and sleep, allowing your body and mind to rejuvenate and release tension. It's an effective tool for stress reduction, improving sleep quality, and enhancing inner awareness and clarity.
Mantra Meditation
Mantra involves repeating a chosen word, phrase, or sound to focus and calm the mind. It's an ancient practice that can reduce stress, promote relaxation, and increase mental clarity. Practitioners can sit or lie down and repeat their chosen mantra silently or aloud. The repetition can be timed or counted.
Awareness Meditation
Awareness is a practice centered on cultivating mindfulness through a natural and unforced awareness of the present moment. Unlike structured meditation techniques, it encourages a gentle, non-judgmental observation of thoughts, sensations, and surroundings as they arise spontaneously. This approach fosters a deep connection with the present, promoting a sense of calm and self-discovery.
Variety of Breathwork Techniques
By intentionally changing our breathing pattern, we’ll reach an altered state of consciousness and travel into a deeper dimension of the present moment. Breathwork is used as therapeutic practice as well as spiritual development and allows us to be our own healer. We will discover how we can use our breath to get in touch with our pure essence, connect with our inner wisdom and live in a loving awareness. We will be able to uncover and let go of past events and feelings that limit us. We will experience different kinds of breathwork Rebirthing, Transformational, Emotional Release, Shamanic, Holotropic and Wim Hof inspired techniques.
Breathwork Spirit Flute
Breathwork Spirit Flute combines meditative music from a flute with intentional breath techniques, fostering deep relaxation and heightened awareness. The soothing flute sounds induce calmness, while purposeful breathwork, including deep, rapid, and circular breathing, enhances the experience. This fusion can guide individuals to an altered state of consciousness, facilitating access to inner wisdom, peace, and clarity.

In 2004, Wolf Kinsmen began practicing meditation, breathwork, and yoga, leading to the establishment of Tree Yoga. His nomadic lifestyle inspired him to become an author. Trained by Wim Hof, he mastered breathwork and coaching at the Tony Robbins Coach Training School. As a descendant of Ilocano spirit mediums, Wolf explored shamanism with Don Howard among the Shipibo tribe in the Amazon. In Nepal, he learned Dzogchen meditation from Sangngak Tenzin Rinpoche within a Tibetan Buddhist monastery. He enjoys playing the spirit flute, harmonizing with birds. Wolf guides international teacher trainings, flowing with the rhythm and encouraging others to embrace their true nature.
