You do not need to become anyone other than who you already are. Often, we seek transformation as if it were a distant destination, forgetting that the most profound shift happens when we simply stop, become quiet, and listen to the rhythm of creation moving through us. This is the essence of Prana, the steady, primordial vibration that reminds you that you already belong.
Set forth on a fourteen-day transformative voyage nestled in the majestic altitudes of the Sacred Valley of Peru. Embracing the "Middle Way," we step back from the digital world and the fast-paced demands of modern life to let the static settle. This creates the vital space needed for the true signal of your life force to emerge. You do not come to this mountain sanctuary to fix yourself; you come to transcend limiting patterns, release negative emotions, and remember that nothing has ever been missing.
While this is a comprehensive 100-hour Yoga Alliance (YACEP) accredited program, the real practice does not happen within the pages of a manual. It happens in the quiet arrival of this exact breath. When you stop trying to force a "spiritual" version of yourself and simply allow the breath to move freely, the teachings reveal themselves naturally.

The Curriculum: The Landscape Within
In this course, we embark on an odyssey that seamlessly intertwines the technical mastery of breathwork with a profound exploration of the self. Whether you are shedding your first layers of conditioning or answering the ever-present call to the next step of your evolution, this curriculum is designed to guide you toward a profound awareness of your inner landscape.
Deep Inner Exploration and Breath Techniques
This training invites you to uncover your purpose, confront your challenges, and give birth to your greatest gifts. You will delve into a vast spectrum of breathing techniques, each serving as a unique gateway to deeper understanding and liberation. Through rigorous daily practice, you will understand Breathwork modalities including Rebirthing, Transformational, Shamanic, Holotropic, and Wim Hof-inspired techniques. We will also explore Conscious Connected Breathing and specialized freediving techniques designed to cultivate extreme calm and expand your capacity for apnea. Ancient Pranayama and yogic Kriyas will be utilized to channel the life force and purify the nervous system, while Hatha and Yin Yoga will harmonize the physical vessel, preparing the body to hold expanded states of awareness.
Anatomy, Physiology, and the Energetic Body
To truly guide others, one must understand the alchemy of the breath and its capacity to transform the body, mind, and spirit. We will study the precise respiratory mechanics of the physical vessel and map the intricate bridge between the breath and the nervous system. Beyond the physical, you will receive a comprehensive education in energetic anatomy, exploring the Nadis, Chakras, and Prana. By studying the diverse traditions of breathwork and their historical roots, you will gain the profound confidence needed to craft your own sessions with absolute authenticity.
The Art of Holding Space and Navigating Trauma
Learn to maintain an unshakable center as you guide others through their deepest transformative processes. This vital segment of the training prepares you to navigate the complexities that arise during trauma release and profound emotional growth. You will learn the ethics of trauma-informed space-holding, developing the ability to recognize contraindications and manage difficult moments with sensitivity and clarity. To support this, we integrate foundational coaching principles, providing a psychological framework to better support your students.
Teaching Methodology and the Business of Breathwork
Mastering the art of leading a session requires more than just knowing the techniques; it requires finding your authentic voice. Through extensive role-play and simulated client scenarios, you will practice guiding others, refining your communication skills, projection, and heart-centered cues. We also explore how artistic expression, through singing, dancing, or writing, can profoundly enrich the breathwork experience. Finally, we equip you with the practical knowledge to launch your career, covering essential aspects of pricing, hosting sessions, marketing, and branding, ensuring you can harmonize your soul's calling with a successful professional journey.
To ensure these profound teachings take root in your daily life, we require 16 hours of post-retreat integration practice, which can include personal practice, guiding others, or receiving sessions, completing your journey and allowing the wisdom to fully flourish.

In 2004, Wolf Kinsmen started practicing meditation, breathwork, and yoga, eventually guiding international trainings, certifying 76 teachers, and establishing Mana Yoga, a Yoga Alliance-certified school. His nomadic life inspired him to become an author and study with global masters.
Trained directly by Wim Hof, Wolf is a certified freediver, sponsored native flutist and instructor, who also studied at the Tony Robbins Coaching School.
He explored shamanism with Don Howard among the Shipibo tribe in the Amazon, led ceremonies in Peru, and studied Dzogchen meditation with Sangngak Tenzin Rinpoche at a Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Nepal.
Wolf’s message: Let go of what you think reality is and feel the flow of reality as it is.
