A 21-Day Immersion in Meditation, Breathwork & Yoga
If there is within you a quiet stirring — a subtle call beyond thought or desire, simply to be — then this sacred invitation is already yours.
This is more than a training.
It is a 21-day immersion into the heart of meditation, breathwork, and yoga — a return to the essence of what it means to live in truth and presence.
It is a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, fully certified by Yoga Alliance, yet it is not about performance, achievement, or becoming someone new.
This is a homecoming.
A soft return to the Nature of Being — the stillness that has always lived within you.
Here, you are not asked to fix or improve yourself.
You are invited to see clearly. To rest in the peace that cannot be earned — because it was never lost.
This is the real yoga.
Not just a practice, but a way of seeing.
A living remembrance of unity beneath all differences.
A return to the simplicity of being.
Whether you feel called to teach or simply to deepen your own journey, this training offers both the foundation and the freedom to embody yoga as a way of life.

Guidance from Stillness: Be gently led by a teacher who has walked this path for over two decades — not as a job, but as a calling. Their presence offers wisdom not taught, but reflected and revealed within you.
Inner Realization: This journey is not about adding more — it is about letting go. In the quiet of awareness, you will rediscover the wholeness that has always been here.
Living Your Truth: Rather than striving for perfection, you are invited to rest in authenticity. From this space, your teaching becomes an offering of love — a reflection of the peace within.
Visit to Nahm Dong Park: As part of our time together, we will visit Nahm Dong Park — a serene eco-reserve nestled in the hills outside Luang Prabang.
There, waterfalls sing softly through the forest, and time slows. We will move in silence, practice together in nature, and reconnect with the simple joy of being alive.
Nature Hike: Explore the surrounding trails at your own pace — no guide needed.
Just step outside, call for Buddy, our friendly trail dog, and follow the paths we’ve lovingly walked and marked.
Let the forest speak to your feet. Let the silence lead the way.
Breathwork Native American Flute Journey: Using principles inspired by the Wim Hof Method, you’ll be gently guided into deep, conscious breathing and intentional breath holds — helping regulate the nervous system, expand awareness, and access natural strength within. Sessions are accompanied by live Native American flute, inviting the breath to dance with sound and silence.
Integration: Your journey continues beyond these 21 days, with 38 hours of post-training integration to support lasting embodiment of the teachings.
Personalized Experience: With daily sharing circles and a small group setting, this training creates space for real connection, self-reflection, and individual growth.

In 2004, Wolf Kinsmen began practicing meditation, breathwork, and yoga, which led him to guide international teacher trainings and certify 72 teachers. His nomadic lifestyle allowed him to study with masters worldwide.
Trained directly by Wim Hof, Wolf specialized in breathwork and became a certified freediver and Native American flute instructor. He also studied coaching at the Tony Robbins Coaching School.
As a descendant of Ilocano spirit mediums, he explored shamanism with Don Howard among the Shipibo tribe in the Amazon and led ceremonies in Peru. In Nepal, he studied Dzogchen meditation with Sangngak Tenzin Rinpoche at a Tibetan Buddhist monastery. Wolf’s message is to practice until embodiment flows naturally, with no separation between the practitioner and the practice.
At Hillside Lodge, we embrace a nature-inspired lifestyle. That’s why our rooms don’t have minibars or televisions. Thanks to our higher altitude, there’s no need for air conditioning—even during warmer months. With open windows and ceiling fans in each room, a cool breeze makes for a comfortable night’s sleep while keeping our environmental impact low.
The lodge features 9 cozy bungalows nestled on a small hill, offering beautiful views of the lush tropical garden and surrounding mountains. Each bungalow is built using locally sourced wood, with bamboo ceilings and polished wooden floors. They’re just a short walk from the swimming pool.
Free 3G Wi-Fi is available in the restaurant and reception area—perfect for emails, social media, or planning your next adventure.
Just beyond Luang Prabang, embraced by forest and sky, Hillside Lodge offers more than a stay—it offers stillness.
This eco-friendly, family-run retreat welcomes only 20 guests into lovingly crafted bungalows, nestled in a lush garden where butterflies dance and silence speaks.
Wander freely with a self-guided map through quiet villages, waterfalls, and rice fields. Or simply be—rest by the pool, savour organic meals, and feel nature’s gentle presence all around.
No hurry. No noise. Just space to reconnect with what truly is.
Tree Yoga returns to the roots of yoga. Let go of what you think reality is and feel the flow of reality as it is. With gratitude, we embrace this moment.
Since 2020, we’ve shared this path through 16 teacher trainings across Peru, the United States, Guatemala, and Nepal. Here, life and practice naturally merge into union.
As a Yoga Alliance-certified school, we offer Meditation, Breathwork, and Yoga Teacher Trainings, guiding you to the heart of authentic yoga.
To get from Luang Prabang International Airport (LPQ) to Hillside (Xieng Mouak, Luang Prabang, 06000, Laos), if you arrange own transportation the price should be between 30 and 35 USD.

Generally, check-in time is 1 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM.
You do not need fixing.
You do not need more doing.
You are invited simply to rest, to see, to remember.
To meet life — not with resistance, but with grace.
If something quiet inside says yes,
Then the path of the Nature of Being is already unfolding beneath your feet.
And the truth of who you are has never been far.
It is always now.
It is always here.
It is You.
