Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider | 50-Hour Certification
Somewhere in you, there's a rhythm.
Not rushing. Not pushing. Just quietly pulsing.
An invitation to slow down. Breathe deep.
And land softly in the now.
Welcome to Take It Slow — a 7-day immersion in the art of Yin Yoga.
Set in the heart of nature, surrounded by stillness and song, this is more than a training.
It’s a slow dance back to your centre — a remembering of the peace that never left.
Whether you're a teacher wanting to deepen your offerings, or simply someone who feels the pull to pause and reconnect — this week is for you.
No pressure.
No hustle.
Just presence.
Just breath.
Just you.

Think ocean breeze through trees.
Stillness in motion.

Letting the breath lead.
Letting the earth hold you.

In 2004, Wolf Kinsmen began practicing meditation, breathwork, and yoga, which led him to guide international teacher trainings and certify 72 teachers. His nomadic lifestyle allowed him to study with masters worldwide.
Trained directly by Wim Hof, Wolf specialized in breathwork and became a certified freediver and Native American flute instructor. He also studied coaching at the Tony Robbins Coaching School.
As a descendant of Ilocano spirit mediums, he explored shamanism with Don Howard among the Shipibo tribe in the Amazon and led ceremonies in Peru. In Nepal, he studied Dzogchen meditation with Sangngak Tenzin Rinpoche at a Tibetan Buddhist monastery. Wolf’s message is to practice until embodiment flows naturally, with no separation between the practitioner and the practice.
Private Bungalow with Shared Bathroom
Perched high with a dreamy view, these cozy bungalows are perfect for slow mornings and sunset whispers. Tucked away in the quietest corner of the island, they offer a peaceful escape. A big, comfy double bed invites deep rest—just let the ocean breeze do the talking.
Kactus – The Hidden Treehouse is a slow-living beach spot tucked on the sunset side of Koh Ta Kiev, Cambodia, right where the jungle meets the sea on Plankton Beach.
Sleep easy in a bungalow, nestled in nature. Eat fresh, homemade food with island flair in our relaxed restaurant. Golden sand, clear water, no rush.
Spend your days snorkeling, wandering through jungle trails, or just swaying in a hammock. When night falls, take a dip with glowing plankton under the stars. And if you’re into birds, the island’s full of song — hornbills, giant bats, and over 150 wild species keeping the rhythm alive.
Tree Yoga returns to the roots of yoga. Let go of what you think reality is and feel the flow of reality as it is. With gratitude, we embrace this moment.
Since 2020, we’ve shared this path through 16 teacher trainings across Peru, the United States, Guatemala, and Nepal. Here, life and practice naturally merge into union.
As a Yoga Alliance-certified school, we offer Meditation, Breathwork, and Yoga Teacher Trainings, guiding you to the heart of authentic yoga.
Our Kactus boat will pick you up from Ream Beach and bring you straight to paradise on Koh Ta Kiev.
Please note: There is no public ferry or speedboat to the island. Our boat is the only way to get here, so hop aboard and enjoy the ride!

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to be perfect.
You just need to be curious — about stillness, about space, about the song inside you.
If you’ve been running on empty...
If your body’s been asking for softness…
If your soul’s been whispering, slow down...
This is your invitation.
To pause.
To feel.
To return.
No pressure.
No proving.
Just presence.
