You are invited to a 7-day immersion into the profound art of breath and presence.
"Just Breathe" is a 50-hour Breathwork Teacher Training Certification, offered by a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). This training is designed not only to expand your professional skill set but also to reconnect you with your essential nature: calm, grounded, and free.
Hosted at the award-winning Farmhouse Resort & Spa on the Smiling Gecko campus in rural Cambodia, this experience brings together deep personal transformation and mindful luxury. Nestled among lush rice fields, tropical forest, and the slow rhythm of village life, you will explore the breath as both a practice and a path of presence.
Over the course of the week, you will be guided through powerful breathwork styles including Rebirthing, Shamanic, Holotropic, and Wim Hof–inspired techniques. These are supported by Pranayama, Freediving Breathing Techniques, Awareness Meditation, and grounding Hatha and Yin Yoga.
This is more than a certification. It is a return to presence, to stillness, and to the breath that has always been with you.

In 2004, Wolf Kinsmen began practicing meditation, breathwork, and yoga, which led him to guide international teacher trainings and certify 72 teachers. His nomadic lifestyle allowed him to study with masters worldwide.
Trained directly by Wim Hof, Wolf specialized in breathwork and became a certified freediver and Native American flute instructor. He also studied coaching at the Tony Robbins Coaching School.
As a descendant of Ilocano spirit mediums, he explored shamanism with Don Howard among the Shipibo tribe in the Amazon and led ceremonies in Peru. In Nepal, he studied Dzogchen meditation with Sangngak Tenzin Rinpoche at a Tibetan Buddhist monastery. Wolf’s message is to practice until embodiment flows naturally, with no separation between the practitioner and the practice.
