About Wolf

Training Overview

The Invitation: Beyond Becoming

We spend much of our lives trying to become something different, chasing ideals, trying to fix ourselves, or seeking external approval.

Can we pause for a moment and simply observe?

This 50-hour Yoga Alliance accredited program in Dahab, Egypt, is an invitation to explore the breath, body, and mind without judgment. Rather than striving for an ideal, we learn to pay attention to what is happening right now.

Through breathwork, meditation, yoga, and self-inquiry, we explore the relationship between breathing, awareness, and the way we live.

You don't need to become someone else.

You need to understand yourself.

A Journey Between the Sea and Desert

Surrounded by the Sinai mountains and the Red Sea, Dahab offers space to step away from daily noise and observe more closely.

We create time for practice, reflection, and exploration. The sea, mountains, and natural rhythm of the day become part of the experience.

This is not a course to collect endless techniques, it is an opportunity to investigate your experience directly and see what happens when you give it your full attention.

The Practice of Breath

Breathing is something we do every moment, often without noticing. What happens when we bring our full attention to it?

We explore a spectrum of breathwork methods and their effects on the body, emotions, and mind. We study how to guide others while learning to recognize our own patterns and responses.

The goal isn't to force an experience or reach a specific state. It is to understand the process through direct observation.

Who Can Attend?

Suitable for yoga teachers, meditation practitioners, aspiring breathwork facilitators, coaches, and anyone interested in exploring the connection between breath and awareness.

The Inquiry Begins With You

Can you observe your breath without immediately trying to change it?

Can you listen without judging what you hear?

Can you meet an emotion without running away from it or trying to become something different?

These questions are an invitation to look directly at your own experience. The training gives you techniques and teaching skills, but true understanding begins with your willingness to observe, question, and learn for yourself.

The journey begins with a single breath.
