You do not need to become anyone other than who you already are. Often, we seek transformation as if it were a distant destination, forgetting that the most profound shift happens when we simply stop and listen. This is the essence of Prana (प्राण), the steady, sacred rhythm of creation moving through you. It is the primordial vibration that reminds you that you already belong. This training is not about adding more to your life; it is about exhaling the noise and noticing the life-force that has always been here.
This is not a training in the usual sense. For 7 days, from September 12–18, 2026, we live in close connection with our own essence through the art of the breath. Moment by moment, we listen for the simple truth beneath the mental chatter. While this is a 50-hour Yoga Alliance (YACEP) program, the real practice does not happen in a manual; it happens in the quiet arrival of this breath, just as it is.
You do not come here to fix yourself. When you sit still and allow the breath to move freely, you may discover that nothing has ever been missing, much like the way the ocean breathes with the tide without effort. In the heart of Nusa Ceningan, the ocean breeze, historic timber, and salt air reflect your original nature. The sea does not try to be the sea; the sun does not try to be the sun. Similarly, you do not need to force a "spiritual" version of yourself. Practice here is simple: just relaxing, just breathing, just being alive. When you stop trying to force understanding, the teaching reveals itself.
Our group is kept small and intimate so we can truly meet one another in the depths of this work. We speak when speaking is needed and remain silent when silence teaches more. Together, we learn to trust our "Intuition," the knowing that is naturally open, clear, and vibrant with Prana.

Meals are not included. This is a deliberate exercise in the Middle Way, leaving the curated environment to engage organically with the island's natural flow.
Savor the "Island of the Gods" through high-vibe plates where Balinese soil meets organic harvest. Expect smoothie bowls, fresh-caught fish, and traditional Nasi Campur. A high-quality meal typically ranges from $5 to $12 USD. Local favorites like Sea Breeze and The Sand offer "toes-in-the-sand" dining right nearby to fuel the spirit.
Location Information: The Beach Woods, Nusa Ceningan Island
Please keep in mind that you will be staying on a tiny island off the mainland. Internet isn’t always strong, and the vibe remains peaceful and village-like. The Old Wooden House features steps leading directly into the sea. We invite a digital fast to match our Prana focus, but Wi-Fi is available if you must touch the world.
September Weather: Peak Dry Season
Expect radiant skies, low humidity, and zero rain. Days are a perfect 28°C (82°F) with warm, calm turquoise waters—the island’s "Great Calm."

You do not need to be "fixed." You do not need to search for anything more. Sit down. Rest. Remember. If a quiet feeling inside you says yes, then the Way has already begun.
It is here. It is now. It is yourself.

In 2004, Wolf Kinsmen started practicing meditation, breathwork, and yoga, eventually guiding international trainings, certifying 76 teachers, and establishing Mana Yoga, a Yoga Alliance-certified school. His nomadic life inspired him to become an author and study with global masters.
Trained directly by Wim Hof, Wolf is a certified freediver, sponsored native flutist and instructor, who also studied at the Tony Robbins Coaching School.
He explored shamanism with Don Howard among the Shipibo tribe in the Amazon, led ceremonies in Peru, and studied Dzogchen meditation with Sangngak Tenzin Rinpoche at a Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Nepal.
Wolf’s message: Let go of what you think reality is and feel the flow of reality as it is.
