If there stirs within you a quiet calling, not from the mind, but from the heart, a whisper simply to be, then this invitation is already your homecoming.
This is more than a training. It is a 21-day immersion into the living heart of yoga, meditation, and breathwork, a return to the stillness that has never left you. It is a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, fully certified by Yoga Alliance, yet what it offers cannot be measured in hours.
You are not here to become someone new. You are here to remember what has always been true.
In this mountain sanctuary above Pokhara, surrounded by endless horizons and quiet Himalayan skies, we return to the simple truth: you are not separate from life.
The wind, the breath, the mountain, all moving as one.
This training is a still mirror, where being reveals itself. Whether you wish to teach or simply deepen your own path, this journey offers both foundation and freedom, a space to rest in your natural awareness and share yoga as a way of living truth.
To honor this depth, the training is intentionally intimate, limited to only 8 students. This small group allows for personalized attention, genuine connection, and deeper insight, a space where each question, each breath, and each silence becomes part of the teaching itself.
Duration: 20 Nights / 21 Days
Location: Pokhara, Nepal
Yoga Styles: Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Breathwork, Meditation
Certification: Yoga Alliance Accredited (RYS 200)
Group Size: Intimate – maximum of 8 students
Setting: Mountain-view retreat surrounded by Himalayan stillness
Led by teachers who have walked this path for over forty years combined, not as a profession, but as a way of life. Here, wisdom doesn’t come from words, but from presence.
This is not about adding more. It is about seeing clearly. Let the Himalayas remind you, nothing needs to be done to be whole.
In releasing the idea of perfection, you rediscover authenticity. From this space, your teaching becomes love itself, effortless and true.
With only 8 students, the experience becomes deeply personal. Every silence, every practice, every dialogue unfolds as a shared inquiry into truth. The teacher sees you, and you begin to see yourself, not as a seeker, but as the awareness that never left.
We will journey together through mountain trails where waterfalls sing and the earth breathes peace. Amid whispering pines and wildflowers, practice dissolves into being.
From your door, paths lead to quiet villages, forest temples, and open ridges with panoramic Himalayan views. Step outside and walk into presence. Let the land guide you.
Tip: When you arrive, you’ll see a signboard for the trail walking road to the rooms, take that path instead of driving all the way to the parking area. It’s a gentle, beautiful trail, and far easier than climbing the 100 steps to the lodge.
Through conscious breath inspired by Wim Hof, you’ll enter deep inner stillness, accompanied by live Native American flute, weaving air, sound, and silence into one.
Small group circles, heart-centered guidance, and real-time reflection create a space where true transformation blossoms.
Special Gift: a personal Yoga Mat to carry your practice forward

Perched on a peaceful hill overlooking the Annapurna range, offers 360° Himalayan views from every room.
Each room is surrounded by mountains on all sides, with vast windows opening directly to the peaks. Depending on the season, the views shift, from clear golden dawns to mist-softened monsoon mornings, from snow-bright ridges to rolling green valleys.
Rooms are immaculately kept, simple yet elegant, with modern amenities and a quiet comfort that mirrors the stillness outside.
Nestled amid terraced hills, the property opens to sweeping Himalayan and valley views. Breakfasts on the terrace bring the mountains into your morning; evenings by the firepit invite starlit silence.
Pasang Sherpa, a seasoned mountaineer, and his wife welcome you with warmth and authenticity, assisting with treks, cab arrangements, and stories of the mountains.

In 2004, Wolf Kinsmen began practicing meditation, breathwork, and yoga, which eventually led him to guide international teacher trainings, and establish Tree Yoga, a Yoga Alliance-certified school. His nomadic lifestyle inspired him to become an author and to study with masters around the world.
Trained directly by Wim Hof, Wolf specialized in breathwork and became a certified freediver and Native American flute instructor. He also studied coaching at the Tony Robbins Coaching School.
He explored shamanism with Don Howard among the Shipibo tribe in the Amazon and led ceremonies in Peru. In Nepal, he studied Dzogchen meditation with Sangngak Tenzin Rinpoche at a Tibetan Buddhist monastery.
Wolf’s message is: Let go of what you think reality is and feel the flow of reality as it is.
