50HR 'Prana' Breathwork Teacher Training - Mount Fuji, Japan: November 9-15, 2026

CONTACT

Training Overview

You do not need to become anyone other than who you already are. Often, we seek transformation as if it were a distant destination, forgetting that the most profound shift happens when we simply stop and listen. This is the essence of Prana (प्राण), the steady, sacred rhythm of creation moving through you. It is the primordial vibration that reminds you that you already belong. This training is not about adding more to your life; it is about exhaling the noise and noticing the life-force that has always been here.

This is not a training in the usual sense. For 7 days, from November 9–15, 2026, we live in close connection with our own essence through the art of the breath. Embracing the "Middle Way," we step back from the digital world to let the static settle, creating space for the true signal of your vital life force to emerge. Moment by moment, we listen for the simple truth beneath the mental chatter. While this is a 50-hour Yoga Alliance (YACEP) program, the real practice does not happen in a manual; it happens in the quiet arrival of this breath, just as it is.

You do not come here to fix yourself. When you sit still and allow the breath to move freely, you may discover that nothing has ever been missing, much like the way the mountain river flows endlessly without effort. In the southern foothills of Yatsugatake, the crisp alpine air, pine-finished timber, and rushing waters reflect your original nature. The mountain does not try to be the mountain; the winter sun does not try to be the sun. Similarly, you do not need to force a "spiritual" version of yourself. Practice here is simple: just resting, just breathing, just being alive. When you stop trying to force understanding, the teaching reveals itself.

Our group is kept small and intimate so we can truly meet one another in the depths of this work. We speak when speaking is needed and remain silent when silence teaches more. Together, we learn to trust the "Intuition," the eye that is naturally open, clear, and vibrant with Prana.

Nourishmentnthe Mountain Flow.

Meals are not included. This is a deliberate exercise in the Middle Way, leaving the curated environment to engage organically with the mountain's natural flow.

Our cottage features a fantastic kitchen space where guests can cook their own meals, fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, hot water kettle, rice maker, and dishes/silverware. Savor the beautiful air and rich soils of Yatsugatake. We recommend buying groceries from local spots like Amano Pax for incredible local delicacies, OGINO (Nirasaki or Nagasaka branches) for fresh produce and bulk needs, or 7-Eleven Kobuchizawa Inter for quick convenient runs. For dining out, Shizenya offers amazing seasonal mountain bounty and river fish, and Seisen-Ryo is famous for ice cream made from rich Jersey cow milk and pure Yatsugatake water.

Note: Condiments are not provided at the cottage for hygiene reasons. Please pack your own cooking oils and spices, as well as wrap and aluminum foil.

Practical Information

  • Location Information: Cottage Yatsugatake, Hokuto, Yamanashi, Japan.
  • Nature Setting & Environment: Please keep in mind that the theme of the facility is to fully experience nature. You may occasionally encounter fallen leaves and insects on the wooden deck, open-air bath, and sauna facilities. If you have severe dust allergies, you may want to bring a mild disinfectant, as past guests have noted the ceiling fan can occasionally collect dust. We invite a digital fast, but Wi-Fi is available.
  • November Weather: The climate in Hokuto during November transitions into a crisp late autumn season. Average daily maximum temperatures are around 55.6°F (13.1°C). Overnight minimum temperatures average about 37.0°F (2.8°C). Warm clothing is highly recommended for the cool mornings and evenings.

  • How To Get There:
    • Fly to Tokyo: Arrive at Haneda (HND) or Narita (NRT) International Airport.
    • Tokyo → Hokuto: The best way to travel from Tokyo to Hokuto without a car is by train. Take the JR Chūō Line Limited Express (Azusa) from Shinjuku Station to Kobuchizawa Station. The train ride takes approximately 2 hours and 2 minutes and costs around ¥7,050–¥9,032. Alternatively, you can take a direct highway bus from the Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal to Chuodo Nagasaka Takane, which takes about 2.5 hours and costs ¥3,800.
    • Local Transit: Because we are nestled in the mountains, renting a car is highly recommended. If you choose not to drive, Isami is incredibly responsive and happy to help arrange taxis for your local transit needs.

Who Can Attend

You do not need to be "fixed." You do not need to search for anything more. Sit down. Rest. Remember. If a quiet feeling inside you says yes, then the Way has already begun.

It is here. It is now. It is yourself.

Wolf Kinsmen

In 2004, Wolf Kinsmen started practicing meditation, breathwork, and yoga, eventually guiding international trainings, certifying 76 teachers, and establishing Mana Yoga, a Yoga Alliance-certified school. His nomadic life inspired him to become an author and study with global masters.

Trained directly by Wim Hof, Wolf is a certified freediver, sponsored native flutist and instructor, who also studied at the Tony Robbins Coaching School.

He explored shamanism with Don Howard among the Shipibo tribe in the Amazon, led ceremonies in Peru, and studied Dzogchen meditation with Sangngak Tenzin Rinpoche at a Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Nepal.

Wolf’s message: Let go of what you think reality is and feel the flow of reality as it is.
