Yogic 'Glitch in the Matrix' Retreat - Bali, Indonesia: September 12-18, 2026

CONTACT

Retreat Overview

It has been said that the ultimate discipline is the settling of the mind into silence. But look around you. In the world you’ve been forced to inhabit, your mind isn't merely unsettled; it is being farmed.

Your attention, the very currency of your soul, is a natural resource being depleted by the relentless noise of the machine. You believe you are connected because you are "plugged in," but you are merely consuming a shadow of reality. You have spent your life inside a digital construct, a stream of data that feels like living but is only a distraction from the frequency of the universe. You are mistaking the map for the territory.

This is your blue pill / red pill moment.

From September 12–18, 2026, we gather to strip away the artifice. This isn’t an anti-technology crusade. It is a return to the Middle Way. We are moving toward the point where you can use the tool without becoming the tool. We’re looking for the frequency that existed before the internet told you who to be. If you listen closely, you can hear it. It’s the sound of the ocean, and it’s the sound of your own heart.

Features

  • The Duration: 6 Nights / 7 Days of total defragmentation. Time is a social construct; here, the tide is our only clock.
  • The Sanctuary: The Old Wooden House on Nusa Ceningan Island. A lagoon-front portal where the wood breathes and the sea is at your doorstep.
  • The Frequency: Digital Minimalism, Wisdom Study, Meditation, Breathwork, Yoga, and Creative Sovereignty.
  • The Intimacy: A maximum of 9 souls. We keep the circle small so the transmission remains pure.
  • The Philosophy: Consistency and Non-Attachment. We practice the art of letting go of the digital "ghost" that haunts your nervous system.

The Curriculum: Rewriting the Script

The Architecture of Attention

Understanding how the signal is hijacked. We look at the whirlpools of the mind and how digital scrolling keeps them spinning. We learn to "Just Sit," cultivating the stillness required to hear the creative spark that the noise has been drowning out.

Life-Force vs. Pixels

Using breathwork to clear the cache. We replace the dopamine hit of a notification with the energy of a full, conscious breath. When the nervous system is regulated, the "system" cannot manipulate your reactions.

The Original Operating System

Applying ancient code to modern hardware. We study the traditional pillars of mindfulness as a firewall for your peace of mind. This is a manual for inhabiting the 21st century without losing your soul.

Embodied Presence

Movement to remember that the body is the only reality that matters. The screen is a map. The body is the territory. We return to the sacred vessel to realize the "you" you've been projecting is a fiction.

Daily Schedule: The Rhythm of the Tao

The rhythm is a suggestion, not a demand. The ocean does not judge the waves; it holds them all. Practice when called; sleep when you need to defrag.

  • 06:00 AM – The Morning Boot: Begin in pre-dawn silence. No screens. No artificial light. Just the breath and the lagoon. Wake the biological machine and attune to the rhythm of the sea.
  • 08:00 AM – Primary Fuel: A pause for nourishment. A quiet reflection by the water or a slow walk on the deck to let the morning light set the tone.
  • 10:00 AM – The Source Dialogue: Wisdom and Signal. We explore deep insights through the lens of modern minimalism. How to remain a creator in a world of consumers.
  • 12:00 PM – Midday Grounding: Step out into the world. Explore local island flavors and feel the sun on your skin.
  • 01:00 PM – The Great Disconnect: Total solitude. No books. No phones. No distractions. This is the "Void." We sit with ourselves until the noise stops and the true broadcast begins.
  • 04:00 PM – Harmonic Defrag: Evening immersion of movement and breathwork accompanied by the native flute. We smooth out the jagged edges left by the digital world as the sky turns to gold.
  • 07:00 PM – Starlight Union: A group reflection under the tropical sky. Real-time connection with other humans. No filters. No edits. Only the quiet hum of your true nature.

Nourishment: The Island Flow

Meals are not included. This is a deliberate exercise in the Middle Way, leaving the curated environment to engage with the island's natural flow. Savor the "Island of the Gods" through high-vibe plates where Balinese soil meets organic harvest. Expect smoothie bowls, fresh-caught fish, and traditional Nasi Campur. A high-quality meal typically ranges from $5 to $12 USD. Local favorites like Sea Breeze and The Sand offer "toes-in-the-sand" dining that fuels the spirit.

What Makes This Retreat Special

Guidance from Stillness

Led by Wolf, a guide with 22 years of path-walking. Not as a job, but as a way of being.

Native Flute and Breathwork Journey

A live transmission. The breath meets the wood. No digital conversion, just pure vibration. It’s a sonic reminder of withdrawing the senses from the artificial to feed the essential.

Visit to Lagoon Beaches & Sunset Spots

We will journey together to the island highlights where the water breathes peace. Close to restaurants, beach clubs, beautiful beaches, and practice dissolves into being.

Nature Walks

From your door, paths lead to quiet villages and open ridges with panoramic ocean views. Step outside and walk into presence. Let the land guide you through Ceningan and Lembongan trails.

Total Freedom

This is your journey. If you want to sit in silence on the deck and skip a session, do that. The "work" is listening to what you actually need, not what you are told to want.

Organizer: Dhyana Yoga

Dhyana Yoga returns to the roots of yoga. We believe in accepting everything that arises in experience as the path itself. Since 2020, we’ve shared 18 teacher trainings across Peru, the United States, Guatemala, Nepal, Laos, and India. Here, life and practice naturally merge into union.

As a Yoga Alliance-certified school, we offer meditation, breathwork, and yoga teacher trainings, guiding you to the heart of authentic yoga. This retreat serves as an immersion into those sacred depths.

Benefits of the Return

  • The Permission to do Nothing: A nervous system that finally feels safe enough to stop performing.
  • Neural Realization: Settling into your true nature beyond the screen.
  • Systemic Sovereignty: You leave with a new rhythm. You become the programmer of your own life.
  • Reconnection: Realizing that you are not a drop in the ocean; you are the entire ocean in a drop.

Who Can Attend

This is for the seeker who is tired of seeking. For the one who realizes that "bettering" yourself is just another way of running away from yourself. You do not need to be "fixed." You only need to be willing to sit with the truth.

I’m trying to free your mind. But I can only show you the door. You’re the one that has to walk through it.

The path is clear. See you in the stillness.

Wolf Kinsmen

In 2004, Wolf Kinsmen started practicing meditation, breathwork, and yoga, eventually guiding international trainings, certifying 76 teachers, and establishing Dhyana Yoga, a Yoga Alliance-certified school. His nomadic life inspired him to become an author and study with global masters.

Trained directly by Wim Hof, Wolf is a certified freediver, sponsored native flutist and instructor, who also studied at the Tony Robbins Coaching School.

He explored shamanism with Don Howard among the Shipibo tribe in the Amazon, led ceremonies in Peru, and studied Dzogchen meditation with Sangngak Tenzin Rinpoche at a Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Nepal.

Wolf’s message: Let go of what you think reality is and feel the flow of reality as it is.
