It has been said that the ultimate discipline is the settling of the mind into silence. But look around you. In the world you’ve been forced to inhabit, your mind isn't merely unsettled; it is being farmed.
Your attention, the very currency of your soul, is a natural resource being depleted by the relentless noise of the machine. You believe you are connected because you are "plugged in," but you are merely consuming a shadow of reality. You have spent your life inside a digital construct, a stream of data that feels like living but is only a distraction from the frequency of the universe. You are mistaking the map for the territory.
This is your blue pill / red pill moment.
From September 12–18, 2026, we gather to strip away the artifice. This isn’t an anti-technology crusade. It is a return to the Middle Way. We are moving toward the point where you can use the tool without becoming the tool. We’re looking for the frequency that existed before the internet told you who to be. If you listen closely, you can hear it. It’s the sound of the ocean, and it’s the sound of your own heart.
Understanding how the signal is hijacked. We look at the whirlpools of the mind and how digital scrolling keeps them spinning. We learn to "Just Sit," cultivating the stillness required to hear the creative spark that the noise has been drowning out.
Using breathwork to clear the cache. We replace the dopamine hit of a notification with the energy of a full, conscious breath. When the nervous system is regulated, the "system" cannot manipulate your reactions.
Applying ancient code to modern hardware. We study the traditional pillars of mindfulness as a firewall for your peace of mind. This is a manual for inhabiting the 21st century without losing your soul.
Movement to remember that the body is the only reality that matters. The screen is a map. The body is the territory. We return to the sacred vessel to realize the "you" you've been projecting is a fiction.
The rhythm is a suggestion, not a demand. The ocean does not judge the waves; it holds them all. Practice when called; sleep when you need to defrag.
Meals are not included. This is a deliberate exercise in the Middle Way, leaving the curated environment to engage with the island's natural flow. Savor the "Island of the Gods" through high-vibe plates where Balinese soil meets organic harvest. Expect smoothie bowls, fresh-caught fish, and traditional Nasi Campur. A high-quality meal typically ranges from $5 to $12 USD. Local favorites like Sea Breeze and The Sand offer "toes-in-the-sand" dining that fuels the spirit.
Led by Wolf, a guide with 22 years of path-walking. Not as a job, but as a way of being.
A live transmission. The breath meets the wood. No digital conversion, just pure vibration. It’s a sonic reminder of withdrawing the senses from the artificial to feed the essential.
We will journey together to the island highlights where the water breathes peace. Close to restaurants, beach clubs, beautiful beaches, and practice dissolves into being.
From your door, paths lead to quiet villages and open ridges with panoramic ocean views. Step outside and walk into presence. Let the land guide you through Ceningan and Lembongan trails.
This is your journey. If you want to sit in silence on the deck and skip a session, do that. The "work" is listening to what you actually need, not what you are told to want.
Dhyana Yoga returns to the roots of yoga. We believe in accepting everything that arises in experience as the path itself. Since 2020, we’ve shared 18 teacher trainings across Peru, the United States, Guatemala, Nepal, Laos, and India. Here, life and practice naturally merge into union.
As a Yoga Alliance-certified school, we offer meditation, breathwork, and yoga teacher trainings, guiding you to the heart of authentic yoga. This retreat serves as an immersion into those sacred depths.
Please keep in mind that you will be staying on a tiny island off the mainland. Internet isn’t always strong, and the vibe remains peaceful and village-like. The Old Wooden House features steps leading directly into the sea. Loly, our friendly dog, provides grounding energy. We invite a digital fast, but Wi-Fi is available if you must touch the world.
September Weather: Peak Dry Season
Expect radiant skies, low humidity, and zero rain. Days are a perfect 28°C (82°F) with warm, calm turquoise waters, the island’s "Great Calm."
Most travelers can obtain a Tourist Visa on Arrival (typically valid for 30 days, and extendable). For this training, a 30-day visa is ideal—but please check current Indonesian visa requirements before you travel.
This is for the seeker who is tired of seeking. For the one who realizes that "bettering" yourself is just another way of running away from yourself. You do not need to be "fixed." You only need to be willing to sit with the truth.
I’m trying to free your mind. But I can only show you the door. You’re the one that has to walk through it.
The path is clear. See you in the stillness.

In 2004, Wolf Kinsmen started practicing meditation, breathwork, and yoga, eventually guiding international trainings, certifying 76 teachers, and establishing Dhyana Yoga, a Yoga Alliance-certified school. His nomadic life inspired him to become an author and study with global masters.
Trained directly by Wim Hof, Wolf is a certified freediver, sponsored native flutist and instructor, who also studied at the Tony Robbins Coaching School.
He explored shamanism with Don Howard among the Shipibo tribe in the Amazon, led ceremonies in Peru, and studied Dzogchen meditation with Sangngak Tenzin Rinpoche at a Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Nepal.
Wolf’s message: Let go of what you think reality is and feel the flow of reality as it is.
To secure your space in the training, please send your deposit. This is the preferred method of payment, it allows the energy to move directly, free from the friction and fees of platforms like PayPal. It keeps the process clean.
Enter the amount and confirm. Once the commitment is made, the path is clear. See you in the practice.
